INFORMATION FOR BOOKING
SCHEDULE UPDATE
My books open on the second to last Sunday or Monday of every month.
LOCATION
I am located on the south side of Chicago in the Roseland/Pullman area, near 111th Halsted. EMAIL WILL HAVE FULL ADDESS! Please make sure you are entering the correct email.
BOOKING POLICY
Deposit of $20 ($25 for some specials)
will need to be paid for all appointments
(DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE!)
When booking for travel appointments you must contact me before booking. Deposit for travel appointments are $120. If you need an appointment before 8am or after 8pm, $10 will be added to balance.
If you are 5-10 min late a fee of $15 will be added to your balance. If 15 min have pasted your appointment will be canceled and 50% of payment will need to be paid. If I can still take your appointment after 15-20 min late fee will be $20. Anything later than 20min late fee will increase for every 5 min.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Same day cancellation or no show, 50% of balance will need to be paid. To reschedule appointment please contact me and do so 24hrs before appointment. $20 deposit will be transferred to new appointment only if done 24hrs or more before original appointment. Deposit will only be transferred once! If you have to cancel the second appointment deposit will no longer be transferable.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
NO EXTRA PEOPLE
Please have eyebrows groomed. Please arrive on time, if you arrive more than 10 min before appointment time you will have to wait outside.
